The challenge
The club runs on memberships: each member pays a monthly fee and gets a benefits card with discounts at partner businesses, plus workshops and events. Members, agreements, benefits and workshops needed a system of their own, and the public site, built on Wix, had images that did not load and contrast problems for an audience over 60.
The solution
We started from the core of a call center CRM we already had in production (authentication, users, message inbox) and turned it into the club’s platform. On top of it we added agreements, benefits, member cards as PDF and image, workshops with a screen for the room, events, email campaigns and auditing. New members arrive on their own from the external sales CRM through an intake endpoint.
We redesigned the public site for its audience, with news, highlights and testimonials editable from the same panel. And we built the member app in Expo and React Native: login, card, discounts, workshops, news and push notifications, with API types generated from the backend’s OpenAPI spec.
The result
The admin panel is in production and the club manages members, benefits and workshops from one place. The member app is on its way to the app stores.
