The problem
The business needed to sell its coaching programs as subscriptions, give content access to members only and keep them posted on every session.
How we approached it
Lucas built a membership platform in Next.js with PostgreSQL and Prisma. Members subscribe to one of three plans with recurring billing on Mercado Pago and get into a members-only campus with courses and live sessions, with videos on Vimeo and files on Cloudflare R2.
The admin panel manages content, members and email campaigns. Session reminders go out on their own through scheduled jobs, authentication runs on Clerk and errors are tracked in Sentry.
The handoff included a setup guide so the client could connect her own accounts.
Where it stands
The platform is ready, and every external account, from Mercado Pago to video hosting, is in the client’s name.
